The Staff Association is called Jesus Training College, Mala Staff Association”.
The objective of the association is to study and discuss topics of education, professional and general interest and also to promote social and general interest and also to promote social awareness. The principal is the ex-officio president of the association and one of the teaching staff is nominated as the secretary. All the members of the teaching and non-teaching staff will be the members of the association. Attendance is compulsory for the member at all the meetings of the association.
The principal shall be kept informed of all the meetings of the association.

As the duration of the course is one year, every year a fresh parent teacher association is formed. The association includes all the faculty members and parents of all the students. It supports the various developmental programmes of the college. An Executive Committee selected from the members of P.T.A. look after its administration.

An Alumni Association is functioning formally in the college. A registration fee of Rs. 100/- is collected from students for the membership. It provides opportunities for the old students to keep in contact with the institution in which they have studied and the members can render valuable service to the institution as resource persons and in conducting various curricular and extra curricular programmes. The principal is the ex-officio president.
